If you work with older people, as a GP, link worker, care coordinator or community organisation, and you know a family who would value a reliable check in service, you are welcome to mention us or to get in touch. We are a non regulated wellbeing service and we are clear about that boundary: we do not provide personal care or clinical services, and where a person needs regulated support we signpost to it. We take consent seriously, we record a short note after every call or visit, and wellbeing concerns are escalated to the family and, where appropriate, to the local authority safeguarding team.
