Oakman Care is a wellbeing support service providing non-regulated preventive wellbeing visits, family reassurance checks, and community support for older adults, vulnerable people, and their families.

  • Your relationship to the person you are enquiring on behalf of

  • To respond to your enquiry, we use the contact details you provide to get back to you about our services. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (to run our business and respond to potential clients).
  • To arrange or discuss wellbeing visits, if you proceed with our services, we use your details to co-ordinate support. Our legal basis is performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request prior to a contract).

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry details where no service is arranged: up to 12 months, then securely deleted.
  • Details relating to a service arrangement: retained for 7 years from the end of the service engagement, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers, our website is hosted by a third-party provider. Our email and communication tools may process data on our behalf. We ensure any such providers are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.
