Human care. Early support. Better outcomes.

OakmanCare exists to make support proactive and human, noticing small changes early, so people can stay well, independent and connected at home.

Why OakmanCare exists

OakmanCare was founded by George Sarfo, a certified health and safety professional (CertIOSH), on a simple belief: support should not only begin when life becomes difficult. It should begin early.

Too often, families only discover something was wrong after a fall, a hospital stay or a crisis, when the signs had been quietly building for months. A missed meal. An unsteady step. A lonely week that becomes a lonely month.

That is why OakmanCare focuses on prevention, wellbeing and independence. Through friendly reassurance calls and regular wellbeing visits, we help people stay connected, confident and independent at home, and we keep families informed every step of the way.
